Scope of Work: The scope of work covers dismantling , modifications, supervision, quality assurance and quality control, erection, testing and commissioning of Al-Rasheed 400/132/11kV GIS Substation. The work involves:

• Complete the erection of 4 diameters of the 400kV GIS substation.


• Complete the erection of 24 bays of the 132kV GIS substation double busbar.


• Complete the erection of 11, 85MVA, 132/33/11 kV power transformers.


• Complete erection of switchyards and steel structure.


• Erection of grounding systems.


• Erection of 4 NO, 11kV switchboard equipment.


• 132kV XLPE cable laying and terminations.


• 11kV XLPE cable laying and terminations.


• All LV power and control cables laying and terminations.


• Erection of overall AC/DC and auxiliary panels.


• Erection of overall control and protection panels .


• Testing of overall sub-systems and systems of the substation.


• As built drawings and documentations.


• Training of Customer's personnel.
