Scope of Work: Al-Noor provided a team of experts to supervise the erection of 14 no. 33/11 kV substations including all civil and mechanical works in Rasafa/Bagdad.


•Rehabilitation of Units 5&6 of Daura Power Station/Baghdad:

Scope of Work: Bechtel Int. Sys. awarded Al-Noor Co. with United Co. (on a joint venture basis) the rehabilitation and maintenance of units 5&6 gas turbines of Daura Power
Station / Baghdad , carrying more than 350 task orders.


•Rustamiya & Sharq Dijla HT Network / Baghdad :

Duration ; 14 months (Nov. 2003 -Feb.2005)
Scope of Work : Procurement of switchgears , HT & LT cables , transformers and 3 no. 2MVA ,11kV standby generators plus installation and testing of incoming 11kV distribution board, RMU's, 11no. 0.4kV transformer and 3no. 2MVA,11kV generators and finally all related civil works including the generators building.


• Nasriya/Khor Al-Zubair 400kV Transmission Line / Basra :

Scope of Work: Al-Noor , Ozdil of Turkey and KEC of India were working on a joint venture basis with Al-Noor to the rehabilitation and restoration of Nasriya /Khor Al-Zubair 400kV overhead transmission line with a total length of 200 km.
